账号删除申请 / Account Deletion Request
为了保护您的隐私，我们为您提供删除账号及其关联数据的权利。 To protect your privacy, we provide you with the right to delete your account and associated data.
1. 申请方式 / How to Request
请通过您的注册邮箱发送申请邮件至我们的支持团队： Please send a deletion request email from your registered email address to our support team:
- 支持邮箱 / Support Email: [cena008plus@gmail.com]
- 邮件主题 / Subject: 申请删除账号 / Account Deletion Request - [您的用户名/Your Username]
2. 需提供的信息 / Information Required
为了验证身份，请在邮件中包含： To verify your identity, please include the following in your email:
- 注册使用的手机号或邮箱 / Registered phone number or email.
- 您的用户 ID（可在应用内设置页面查看）/ Your User ID (visible in the App settings).
3. 处理时限 / Processing Time
我们将在 7 个工作日内 完成身份验证及数据清理，并向您回复处理结果。 We will complete the verification and data clearing within 7 business days and reply to you with the result.
4. 数据处理说明 / Data Handling
一旦账号被删除： Once the account is deleted:
- 个人资料： 身份信息将从服务器永久删除。 Personal Profile: Your identity information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- 财务记录： 订单记录将按法律要求进行脱敏保留，不再关联个人身份。 Financial Records: Order records will be anonymized for legal requirements and no longer linked to your identity.
5. 重要提醒 / Important Notice
关于订阅： 删除账号不会自动取消 Google Play 的订阅扣费。请手动前往 Google Play 商店取消订阅。 About Subscriptions: Deleting your account will NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Please manually cancel it in the Google Play Store.
